IndexSuite is a desktop software product for professional indexing. Our website is used for trial requests, license purchases, and support communication.

2. License and Use

• IndexSuite is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software.
• Use is limited by the device and user counts of the plan you purchase.
• Sharing, reselling, or renting license keys or the software is prohibited.

3. Payments and Refunds

Licenses are one-time purchases. Taxes may be included or shown separately. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

4. Intellectual Property

IndexSuite, its brand, logo, and all content are owned by Luventra. These terms grant you usage rights only and do not transfer ownership.

5. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the software.
• Attempting to bypass licensing or security mechanisms.
• Using the software for unlawful purposes or infringing third-party rights.

6. Updates and Support

7. Disclaimer

IndexSuite is provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luventra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant license.

9. Termination

If you breach these terms, your license may be suspended or terminated. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties accept the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Turkey.
