IndexSuite is a one-time purchase. No monthly or annual subscriptions. Buy once, use forever. Update policy varies based on the plan you choose.
How many machines can I install on?
You can install on 2 machines with Individual, 3 with Professional. Team plan gets 5 users × 3 machines = 15 activations. If you change machines, you can deactivate the old one and transfer to a new machine.
What's the update policy?
Individual plan includes 1 year of minor updates free. Professional and Team plans include all minor and major updates free for life.
Do you offer academic discounts?
Yes! We offer 30% academic discount with valid .edu email. Students, faculty, and university staff can benefit.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we offer a full refund, no questions asked.
