End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement sets out the license terms for using IndexSuite. By installing or using the software, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties

This agreement is between Luventra Publishing Technologies (\"Luventra\") and the individual or organization using the software.

Luventra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IndexSuite under the plan you purchased.

The license is limited by the number of users and devices included in your plan.
You may not copy, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the software.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code is prohibited.

IndexSuite and all related intellectual property rights remain the property of Luventra. This agreement does not transfer ownership.

Updates are provided based on your plan. Updates may include additional terms or require acceptance of updated conditions.

Support is provided via email. Contact support@luventra.tech for assistance.

The software is provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

Luventra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the software.

If you violate these terms, your license may be terminated. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Turkey.
